All Anytime Fitnesses are franchised by small business owners. Our franchise group has grown over the last 12 years through major adversity to 9 locations across 3 states. Our team is known for being in the top 1% of Anytime Fitness clubs.

Key Roles of the Position:

• Be a leader. Be a champion of our club culture, hold team to high standards of sales and service, and lead by example.
• Grow the business via acquisition of new customers and retention of current ones.
• Conduct fitness consultations to help our members make commitments to their health regardless of circumstances.
• SELL personal training
• Create a friendly atmosphere for the customer where everyone knows their name
• Coach personalized and energetic small group training sessions
• Coach individual training sessions as needed
• Take a stake in your client's success: providing accountability to their goals, support on their journey, and guidance on how to get there.
• Train all the PT clients
